SUSTAINABILITY

We strive to reduce our environmental impact and support our people through responsible, long-term business practices.

OUR APPROACH

For us, sustainability is not merely a response to external pressures; it reflects our core values and long-term vision. We are committed to taking meaningful action within our capabilities and aligning our efforts with the expectations of our stakeholders. Our strategy is grounded in ongoing engagement and centers on the topics most relevant to our impact and long-term performance.

WHAT MATTERS MOST

The materiality analysis is a central process for the sustainable development of framas. To shape our focus, we gather input from internal and external stakeholders to identify the ecological, social, and economic topics that matter most to our business and stakeholders.

Our Sustainability Topics

For more insights, refer to page 48 of the current report.

Material use

Material use is focused on minimizing environmental impact through increased use of recycled and renewable materials, while maintaining high performance standards. Although influenced by customer demands, we actively drive innovation in sustainable plastic solutions and collaborate closely with partners to reduce waste, improve recyclability, and support circular economy goals. For more insights, refer to page 54 of the current report.

Product responsibility

Ensuring product safety, quality, and compliance is at the core of our customer commitment. We maintain strict testing, certification, and quality assurance processes across all sites to meet health, safety, and performance expectations while continuously improving through innovation and feedback. For more insights, refer to page 58 of the current report.

Sustainable supply chain

Managing social, environmental, and compliance risks in the supply chain is essential to meet rising customer expectations and legal requirements. Through regular audits, defined supplier criteria, and a standardized global approach, we work to ensure ethical sourcing, safe working conditions, and transparency across all local supply chains. For more insights, refer to page 60 of the current report.

Protection of the environment

Reducing waste, conserving resources, and complying with environmental standards are central to how we manage our ecological footprint. We continuously improve waste handling, monitor resource use, and support sustainable product design while working toward greater efficiency and lower environmental impact across all operations. For more insights, refer to page 61 of the current report.

Occupational health and safety

Protecting the health and safety of all employees and partners is a top priority, embedded in daily operations and supported by regular audits, training, and standardized procedures. We continuously improve safety measures across all locations, aiming to prevent accidents, promote well-being, and ensure compliance with international standards.
